Follow and implement the marketing plan in coordination with other departments and share the marketing calendar with brands. Maintain an updated list of brands forthcoming launches and marketing plan to work in conjunction What you will do: Catalogue and Advertising Strategy
  • Assist Marketing Manager in monitoring and assessing the execution of the media plan and catalogue creation and distribution strategy.
  • Work closely with Buying and Visual Merchandising team to promote the offers via media releases and in store communication.
PR and Events
  • Assist event set-up
  • Prepare updates for Corporate Intranet in coordination with Stores &RO
  • Prepare PR/event updates for Principal
  • Facilitate the process of providing relevant loan products to journalists for media coverage with proper documentations of item details in coordination with store

Competitor and Market Monitoring
  • Prepare weekly/monthly competitor activities in coordination with agency and store managers
  • Prepare daily market updates
  • Collate statistical reports for the region
  • Follow up Principal website for activities and timelines
  • Update relevant members on mall memos/ circulars etc

Budgeting and Commercial
  • Assist the marketing manager in budgeting by keeping an updated file on all marketing expenses, media costs, media effectiveness, and keeping track of all invoices to the department.
  • Manage creating display agreements and mailing it to brands for sign off.
  • Ensure proper record and invoicing is maintained for payments to be received from brands on display agreements. Quarterly report to be shared with Marketing Manager and Finance Manager on the payment and invoicing status
ATL
  • Coordinate with malls, stores, and suppliers to ensure marketing material is supplied in required quantities in line w/ marketing calendar and activity
  • Filing /archiving full package for campaigns and results/reports (each event/ activity material/ package to be filled/ saved prepared for any updates)

Projects and Execution
  • Focus on giving maximum assistance to the marketing manager on all Marketing campaigns, media releases and new store opening projects by executing the overall strategy, independently managing media and PR liaisons and agency work on all artwork and collaterals printing and distribution to stores in KSA.
  • Actively contribute with ideas and suggestions and liaise with all necessary departments (internal and external) for completion of every job or project whenever required.
  • Coordinate with AF Admin for ED permits for campaigns.
  • Perform any other tasks required by Management
