Our client, a top private entity in Dubai, is currently looking for a Nationalisation Manager to join their growing team. The Manager will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources involving GCC nationals, including talent acquisition, development, and engagement.
Please note that this is an Emiratisation position and only UAE Nationals with a Family Book will be considered.
The role:
- Build productive relationships with key National sponsors at universities
- Work alongside the recruiting team to ensure attendance at key university events
- Working proactively with the key universities to access, educate and onboard nationals into the company through tailored events, learning sessions and engagements
- Build relationships and networks with nationals studying at overseas universities
- In collaboration with HR, develop a government and market engagement strategy with key nationalisation entities including MoHRE, NAFIS, EHRC, FYA.
- Ensurw an impactful and holistic experience at the company by providing or signposting our national talent to the right support
- Use market knowledge and best practice, contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on talent, development and reward initiatives focused on the retention and promotion for national talent.
- Be a point of contact for nationals and directing them to the relevant internal support
- Coaching and upskilling internal stakeholders where necessary on best practices for recruiting national talent
Requirements:
- UAE National with a Family Book
- A bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in attracting and hiring Emirati talent
- Demonstrated experience of interacting with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- High-level of confidence and enthusiasm
- Willingness to travel is essential
