Job Description
Overview of the role :We are looking for a National Technical Lead (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM) to join our After Sales Department in Dubai. This critical role involves managing and coordinating technical operations between the vehicle manufacturer, National Service Department, authorized service centres, and other key stakeholders. The National Technical Lead ensures the effective delivery of technical support, product quality feedback, recall management, and technician development programs to maintain high standards in service operations and customer satisfaction
What you will do
- Act as the national point of contact for advanced diagnostics, product quality evaluations, recall resolution, and technical escalations
- Support service centres with on-ground troubleshooting and provide guidance on complex technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and EV systems
- Evaluate and report on new product features and technologies, ensuring field readiness
- Compile and submit detailed Product Quality Reports (PQRs) in collaboration with technical support executives
- Coordinate with the manufacturer's technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of field issues
- Track and monitor recall campaigns, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer requirements and minimal customer disruption
- Manage user access to manufacturer technical platform
