Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care for our 1.5-year-old boy. The ideal candidate will have a Norland Nanny qualification and possess fluency in either German or Arabic, along with perfect English skills. As a Live-in Nanny, you will be responsible for the well-being, safety, and development of the child, while also ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment. A love for cats is essential, as we have feline companions in our household. The role will be 6 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized care for the 1.5-year-old boy, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, such as educational games, creative play, and outings, to encourage learning and development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the child\'s emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
• Maintain a regular schedule for feeding, sleeping, and other daily routines to ensure consistency and structure.
• Monitor and address the child\'s health needs, including administering medications, if required.
• Collaborate with the parents to establish and follow through with disciplinary guidelines and routines.
• Keep the child\'s living area clean and organized, including laundry, tidying up toys, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Accompany the child to appointments, classes, and social engagements as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the parents, providing regular updates on the child\'s progress and any relevant concerns.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the parents, maintaining open lines of communication and supporting their parenting choices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a live-in nanny, preferably with a Norland Nanny qualification.
• Fluency in either German or Arabic, along with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the child\'s growth and learning.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a structured routine.
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Respectful, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a genuine love for cats and be comfortable caring for them.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is 30,000 - 35,000 AED per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
