Support Staff (Caregiver & Cleaner) - Therapy Centre

About the Role:


We are seeking caring and reliable support staff to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children of determination in our therapy centre. This role includes cleaning duties, basic child support, and assisting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities



Clean therapy rooms, common areas, washrooms, and reception areas. Maintain high hygiene standards and disinfect high-touch surfaces. Assist children to/from washrooms and support personal hygiene needs respectfully. Follow child safeguarding and safety protocols at all times. Document cleaning activities on daily/weekly checklists. Restock supplies and report low inventory or equipment issues. Prepare rooms before/after sessions and organize basic materials. Support therapists with child transitions between rooms. Respond to spills, accidents, or hazards promptly.

Skills & Requirements



Experience in childcare & cleaning/housekeeping (preferred). Clinic or nursery experience preferred Patient, calm, and able to work with children of determination. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices. Good communication and teamwork. Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
