Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Psychologist / ABA Therapist

to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child psychology and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a passion for supporting children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. You will work closely with children, families, and other professionals to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy strategies that support positive growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and behavioural evaluations for children with diverse needs. Design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs and/or psychological interventions. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other therapists to support the child's development and behavioural goals. Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide parent training and behavior management strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to holistic, child-centered care. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

DHA license is mandatory Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related field. Certification in ABA therapy (e.g., RBT, BCBA) is preferred, but not mandatory if experience is substantial. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioural challenges. Strong understanding of child development, behavioural therapies, and family-cantered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented. UAE Residence Visa Preferred.
