Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nail Trainer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional teaching and nail artistry skills, with additional expertise in beauty services such as waxing, threading, facials, and massage. You will assist in training new hires and providing ongoing skill development to ensure excellence in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Nail Trainer in conducting training sessions for nail technicians, focusing on proper techniques, hygiene, and customer service. Demonstrate a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, acrylics, and gel extensions. Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with industry trends and standards. Teach basic and advanced beauty services such as waxing, threading, facials, and massage as needed. Support salon staff in maintaining service quality and adhering to company standards. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance training programs. Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model for salon staff. Assist with administrative duties related to training, including scheduling, documentation, and reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a nail technician, with strong proficiency in nail care techniques and artistry. Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others effectively. Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus. Additional skills in waxing, threading, facials, and massage are highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering exceptional services.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
