- Greet and welcome customers
- Understand their needs and wants
- Advise the right services and retail
- Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
- Optimize the customer\xe2\x80\x99s visit by upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS and handle the payment
- Keep the spa premises neat & tidy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Passionate about well-being
- Good sales/service techniques
- Good listening
- Team spirit
- Graduate / Diploma with a Massage Therapist /Manicure/ Beautician / Nail technician experience in Salon or Spa is preferred.
- How many years of experience you have as an Nail Technician ?
- Beauty Therapist: 1 year (Preferred)
