We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Assist with retail sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations on products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide hair threading, body waxing, and other cosmetic services as needed.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
Proficient in various nail care techniques and treatments.
Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math is preferred.
Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
Experience in barbering or body waxing is an advantage.
