We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nail Master who speaks Russian and is confident in delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures, and podology-related services. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manicure and pedicure services with high precision.
Execute Russian dry manicure techniques.
Confidently use the nail drill (e-file) for cleaning, shaping, and cuticle work.
Provide medical/podology-related nail care, including treatment of problematic nails such as ingrown nails, calluses, and thickened nails.
Deliver gel polish, builder gel, and extensions (if experienced).
Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards at all times.
Provide consultation to clients on nail care and aftercare.
Uphold a professional, clean, and welcoming workstation.
Support with upselling products and services to reach monthly targets.
Take before-and-after pictures and assist with basic social media content when needed.
Requirements
Russian speaker (English is a plus).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Nail Master.
Strong skills in e-file work, manicure, pedicure, and Russian techniques.
Knowledge of podology procedures is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Professional appearance, hygiene, and punctuality.
Team player with a positive attitude
