Music Teacher
Job Description
Deliver engaging music lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum
Train and lead school choirs (vocal techniques, harmony, ensemble performance)
Prepare students for assemblies, competitions, concerts, and school events
Identify and nurture musical talent across age groups
Collaborate with teachers for interdisciplinary and cultural programs
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment
Skills
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Music (Vocal preferred)
Proven experience in choir direction and group vocal training
Familiarity with CBSE school setup
Ability to read music and teach basic theory
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in inter-school competitions and stage performances
Knowledge of Indian and Western vocal musi
