We are looking for a qualified Music Teacher at GEMS Cambridge International School, Sharjah for a September 2023 start.

We require teachers who are excited to join a growing GEMS Education school within the Internationally Innovative approach of a 4 day working week in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Successful candidates should have the drive and skills to inspire and encourage young and inquisitive minds and strive for excellence in all areas.

We are seeking to appoint talented, highly motivated and well-qualified individuals. You should have a proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching within a National Curriculum for England setting.

The successful applicant will have the following:

Bachelors/Master\'s Degree specializing in Music across all school levels. Open University or online degrees are not acceptable.

At least 2 years of solid and demonstrable experience in teaching Music in a British curriculum school

Experience in a similar role

UAE British School teaching experience

The desire to provide outstanding teaching and learning

Aspiration to work in a world class school with real prospects for enhancing their career

Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents

A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
