Job Description

The role involves overseeing the operations and management of multiple health club facilities. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the fitness and health industry.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple health club locations. Ensure each facility is operating efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a consistent experience across all units. Develop and manage budgets for each health club. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs Assist HR for recruit, hire, and train staff for each location. Provide leadership and direction to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and address any personnel issues. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Oversee sales efforts and ensure targets are met. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Foster a customer-centric culture across all units. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all locations. Stay informed about industry regulations and make necessary adjustments to operations. Implement policies to maintain a safe and secure environment for members and staff. Oversee all club revenue streams in memberships, club offerings and services. Drive revenue in personal training and group training. Work directly with the marketing manager to improve sales conversions and handle all in-club marketing process. Oversee online advertising budget and weekly membership conversions. Contribute to new location openings including PR, equipment layout, signage, and staff training and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. 10 years of progressive experience in health club or fitness management, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Financial acumen, with experience in budget development, financial analysis, and cost control. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of industry trends, equipment, and services. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and implement innovative strategies.
