We're seeking a

Multi-Unit Manager for Cinnabon Brand

to oversee multiple locations in Dubai & Abudhabi, ensuring top-tier performance in

sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and people management

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead restaurant teams to achieve top-line sales targets, driving revenue growth by implementing effective marketing and promotional initiatives. Identify business opportunities within the assigned areas and collaborate with higher management and the restaurant support canter to capitalize on them. Ensure cost efficiency by achieving targeted COGS, labour percentage, and profitability across all locations. Optimize home delivery services and aggregator performance, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue. Uphold brand standards by ensuring high-quality food, exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence. Ensure all restaurants comply with local regulations, including health, safety, and business requirements. Provide strong leadership by developing restaurant managers, fostering high engagement, and ensuring talent retention.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience

managing multi-unit international coffee shop/cafe/bakery/QSR concepts

OR

leading a high-volume store and ready for the next level

. Previous

UAE experience

. A valid UAE driving license and own car are required for this role. However, candidates who currently hold a UAE driving license and plan to own a car, or those who are in the process of obtaining their license, may also be considered. Strong

people leadership & communication skills

, with the ability to coach and mentor teams. Strong financial and analytical skills, own the P&L, continuously monitor the performance dashboard, identify opportunities, and take action.
