Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC (AC chillers, FCU, package units), electrical works, and painting/finishing. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems (pipes, pumps, drainage, sanitary fittings).
Troubleshoot and service air conditioning systems (chillers, FCUs, package units).
Carry out electrical works (installations, wiring, lighting, panels, troubleshooting).
Conduct painting, finishing, and minor carpentry tasks.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and keep records of service performed.
