Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations: handle calls, visitors, and correspondence.
Assist in HR activities such as recruitment coordination, attendance, and employee engagement.
Support administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and office management.
Provide assistance in basic accounting tasks such as billing, vouchers, and petty cash handling.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of HR, administrative, and accounting functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Tally / QuickBooks / ERP software (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
