1. Multi-Skilled Technician
Expertise in AC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Handyman services.
Must have experience working in villas, apartments, and offices.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine and maintenance independently.
2. Mason
Skilled in block work, plastering, tiling, and general masonry tasks.
Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
3. Others: Finishing Carpenter, Tiler or Tile Setter
Other Responsibilities:
Perform Routine and Preventative Maintenance.
Perform Fit-out works.
Provide Technical Support.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge of Safety Standards and Protocols.
Soft Skills, English Communication Skills and Flexibility.
With Driver's License
is a plus
The candidate mush have:
Experience with handling necessary tools and equipment.
Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Services or in Property Maintenance field.
