THE ROLE

We're looking for versatile, skilled technicians who can handle multiple types of home maintenance work.

You'll be delivering professional maintenance services to high-end villa residents across Doha's premier compounds (West Bay, Lusail, The Pearl, Al Waab).

Core Services You'll Provide:

AC maintenance and repairs (split units, ducted systems) Plumbing repairs and installations (leaks, fixtures, drainage) Electrical troubleshooting and repairs (switches, outlets, lighting) General handyman work (doors, windows, minor carpentry) Preventative maintenance (quarterly service visits)
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your skills and professionalism directly impact customer satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE - REQUIRED SKILLS (Must have at least 2 of these 3):

AC/HVAC Skills:

? 3+ years experience with split AC systems

? Can diagnose and repair common AC issues (gas leaks, electrical, compressor)

? Comfortable with refrigerant handling and pressure testing

? Knowledge of ducted systems is a plus

Plumbing Skills:

? 3+ years experience in residential plumbing

? Can fix leaks, replace fixtures, clear drains

? Familiar with water heaters, pumps, and pressure systems

? Can read plumbing diagrams and troubleshoot issues

Electrical Skills:

? 3+ years experience in residential electrical work

? Can replace switches, outlets, lighting fixtures

? Comfortable with circuit breakers and electrical panels

? Basic troubleshooting of electrical issues

? Qatar electrical license is a strong plus (not required)

General Handyman Skills (Nice to Have):

? Basic carpentry (door/window adjustments, minor repairs)

? Painting and touch-ups

? Appliance installation and troubleshooting

? General problem-solving and fix-it skills

MUST HAVE:

? 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience (residential or commercial)

? Strong skills in at least 2 of the 3 core areas (AC, plumbing, electrical)

? Good English communication skills (you'll talk to customers daily)

? Valid Qatar driving license (or can obtain within 3 months)

? Customer service mindset - you enjoy helping people

? Professional appearance and attitude

? Legal right to work in Qatar (we can sponsor the right candidate)

NICE TO HAVE:

? Experience in Qatar or GCC markets (know villa layouts, customer expectations)

? Arabic language skills (helpful for suppliers and some customers)

? Previous experience in service/hospitality industry

? Technical certifications or training credentials

? Own tools (we provide main equipment, but your tools are a bonus)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Day-to-Day Work:

? Service multiple customer homes per day across Doha

? Diagnose issues quickly and fix them right the first time

? Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits

? Handle emergency callouts (same-day service)

? Maintain company van, tools, and equipment in excellent condition

? Complete job documentation and customer service reports

? Communicate professionally with customers (in English)

? Maintain parts inventory and request restocks

Customer Interaction:

? Arrive on time with professional appearance (uniform, clean vehicle)

? Explain issues and solutions in clear, simple language

? Provide accurate time and cost estimates before starting work

? Leave job sites clean and tidy

? Build trust and generate positive reviews

Quality & Safety:

? Follow safety protocols on every job

? Use proper tools and techniques for each task

? Ensure all work meets Qatar building codes and standards

? Report any major issues that require specialized support

? Participate in weekly team training and skill development
