Job Summary
Eco Pure Technical Services LLC is seeking a versatile
Multi-Skilled Civil Technician
with experience inresidential and commercial buildings
. The candidate will handle a variety of civil works, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across sites.Key Responsibilities
Perform multi-skilled civil maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, tiling, brickwork, and minor structural repairs Assist in renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance projects Support preventive maintenance schedules and inspections Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians for timely execution of tasks Ensure compliance with
HSE and safety standards
during all operations Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness Report progress and maintain records of completed works Assist in material handling and procurement when requiredRequirements
2-4 years of UAE experience
as a Civil Technician or Multi-Skilled Technician Strong hands-on skills in civil maintenance and minor construction works Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina for on-site workPreferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related technical field FM/HSE awareness or certifications are an advantage
