AI-driven motion graphics and editing tools

. This role is perfect for a multimedia professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about blending traditional media with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities : Videography & Photography:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, training, social media, and internal communications Capture professional-grade photography for events, product showcases, campaigns, and corporate use Operate cameras, lighting, drones, and sound equipment Organize and manage video and photo shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production workflow Archive and catalog multimedia assets following brand and file naming conventions

AI Motion & Editing:

Create engaging motion graphics using AI tools such as

Runway, Sora, Pika, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar

Apply AI-based enhancement tools for video editing, scene generation, voiceovers, and image refinement Use AI to generate storyboards, dynamic animations, or automated edits for faster turnaround Explore and implement the latest trends in generative video and image AI for brand storytelling Maintain visual consistency with the company's branding guidelines

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaigns and business goals Provide creative direction for shoots and post-production work Suggest innovative visual content ideas using emerging technologies Maintain and manage equipment, software, and studio spaces

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer and photographer (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) Experience with AI motion and video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or similar) Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color grading, and sound design Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and operate studio/directional lighting Familiarity with 3D, VFX, or motion capture is a plus Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Media Production, Film, Photography, or related fields Experience with drone videography and licensed drone operation Knowledge of video SEO and optimizing content for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) Passion for experimenting with new technologies in media production
