We are seeking a talented and dynamic

Marketing Specialist with strong videography and graphic design skills

to join our team in

Downtown Dubai

. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative professional with hands-on experience in the

F&B and hospitality sector

in Dubai, who can bring brands to life across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, an eye for design, and a solid understanding of marketing strategies tailored to the local market.

Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a

similar role within the F&B/hospitality sector in Dubai

. Portfolio showcasing

videography, photography, and graphic design work for hospitality or F&B brands.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Excellent storytelling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of the Dubai market and F&B trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, promotional campaigns, and events. Design visually appealing marketing materials including menus, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and in-house branding.

Marketing & Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with management and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitors to inform creative strategies.

Social Media Management:

Create engaging content calendars and manage posting schedules. Track analytics and performance to optimize campaigns.

Photography:

Conduct food, beverage, and venue photography to support marketing assets.

Event Marketing Support:

Document and promote events through videos, reels, and on-ground content capture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
