Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Content Creation
Produce short-form content and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Repurpose a single video into multiple engaging formats/stories.
Manage, create, and curate content for social media pages -- staying on top of trends and viral formats.
Write captions and ensure alignment with brand tone and style.

Video Production & Motion Graphics
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using mobile or DSLR camera.
Create motion graphics, reels, and promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
Edit videos for YouTube, IGTV, Reels, and TikTok, optimizing for each platform.

Branding & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines and visual identity.
Design engaging marketing materials: brochures, social media graphics, business cards, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute visually powerful brand campaigns.

UI/UX & Interactive Media Design
Support the UI/UX team with interface visuals for apps and websites.
Design interactive assets like animated web elements, digital brochures, and e-learning visuals.

Photography & Image Editing
Capture and retouch images for events, campaigns, and digital use.
Optimize visuals for different platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

Team Collaboration & Project Management
Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet deadlines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Stay updated with design tools, content trends, and visual storytelling innovations.

Basic Skills and Knowledge:
Must have Knowledge with any Design and video editing tools ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Canva, etc.)
Must have Knowledge in handling social Media Pages (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
Must have Knowledge creating content for social media (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.). Should Attach the links of pages maintained and designed content.
Must know how to produce, film, and edit content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
The camera is not a must but should know how to operate one.
Should Know how to shoot videos using camera and mobile phone and edit footage
Should know how to create video/reels content with iPhone (creating video and editing videos).
Should be update to date with the trends and creating viral content.
Should be able to create a variety of multimedia content that engages an audience.
Should possess strong writing and verbal communication skills
Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and branding.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and interactive media is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines remotely.
Must be available to start immediately.
