What You'll Do:
Represent Elevate Capital in property sales, leasing, and investment services.
Communicate fluently with clients across multiple languages (please specify in your application).
Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes with clarity and professionalism.
Build and maintain a robust portfolio of local and international clients.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and real estate regulations.
Attend property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings across platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in real estate (minimum 1 year preferred).
Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, French, Russian, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and client focused.
Knowledge of real estate CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
Valid real estate license (as per regional requirements).
