Key Responsibilities:

Represent luxury properties and manage high-value real estate transactions Communicate effectively with clients in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Italian Build strong relationships with international and local buyers/sellers Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and admin teams to drive results Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate trends and developments

Requirements:

Fluency in

Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Italian

(mandatory) English proficiency required Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills UAE driving license and own vehicle is an advantage Motivated, presentable, and client-focused
