Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, a passion for property sales, and the ability to provide top-tier customer service to clients. You will be responsible for managing property listings, handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in line with their needs and budget. Generate leads through networking, social media, cold calling, and client referrals. Provide expert guidance and accurate market advice to clients regarding property prices, availability, and investment potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. List new properties and ensure all marketing materials (photos, descriptions, videos) are high quality and up to date. Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate transactions. Stay informed about market trends, property laws, and competitive activity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company listings, projects, and services. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and meet targets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant/Advisor or similar role in Dubai real estate. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate software (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut). Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
