Multilingual HR Recruiter as well as an HR Intergration Officer
to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who can manage
end-to-end recruitment
while also supporting
day-to-day HR administrative tasks
.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in
English
and at least two additional languages Prior UAE experience in
both recruitment and HR operations
is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for sales, admin, and support functions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
HR Operations:
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
Support with visa processing coordination and PRO-related documentation
Maintain HR files, prepare employment letters, and update HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Requirements:
1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE (including recruitment & operations)
Fluent in
English
and at least
two
foreign languages
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and MS Office tools
Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
