? Ensure smooth daily operations across all restaurant locations
? Maintain and enforce company SOPs for food quality, service, and cleanliness
? Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance
? Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency
? Implement best practices to enhance overall restaurant performance
2. Financial Performance & Cost Control
? Analyze P&L statements and take corrective actions to maximize profitability
? Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses
? Set and achieve sales targets for each restaurant
? Develop strategies to increase revenue and optimize menu pricing
? Ensure proper inventory management to reduce waste and control costs
3. Leadership & Team Management
? Supervise and mentor restaurant managers to improve team performance
? Conduct regular meetings with managers to review goals and challenges
? Recruit, train, and develop managers and key staff members
? Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability
? Handle escalated employee conflicts and take disciplinary actions when needed
4. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
? Monitor and improve customer service standards across all locations
? Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
? Ensure brand consistency in food presentation, quality, and service
? Implement strategies to improve online and in-store customer reviews
? Encourage customer engagement and loyalty programs
5. Compliance & Safety
? Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations
? Train teams on hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
? Maintain updated records for licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance
? Conduct periodic safety drills and inspections
6. Strategic Growth & Market Competitiveness
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
? Propose and implement new marketing and sales strategies
? Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, or cost-saving initiatives
? Recommend menu improvements and promotions based on market demand
7. Reporting & Data Analysis
? Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management
? Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions
? Implement KPIs and track progress towards business objectives
