Qualifications:
Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
3-5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or related field
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills
Immediate availability preferred
