Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems and resolve them efficiently. Carry out indoor repairs including painting, tiling, gypsum, and carpentry works. Inspect indoor premises to identify repair needs and potential hazards. Handle installations and replacements of electrical fixtures, switches, sockets, lighting systems, etc. Maintain and service air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and other HVAC equipment. Repair and maintain water supply systems, water heaters, and drainage pipelines. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations. Maintain service logs, daily activity reports, and maintenance checklists. Respond to emergency calls and perform troubleshooting as needed. Collaborate with other technicians and facility management for efficient task execution. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas after repairs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC Maintenance. 3+ years of experience in multi-technical maintenance roles. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance work. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Good communication and time-management skills. Understanding of safety procedures and use of PPE.
