A prestigious medical centre specializing in Dermatology and Stem Cell treatments is seeking an
Accountant cum HR
professional to support daily financial and HR operations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing dual responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Functions:
Handle daily bookkeeping, expense tracking, and data entry
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Assist with preparing monthly financial reports
Maintain petty cash and support basic financial reconciliations
Coordinate with external accountants when required
HR & Administrative Functions:
Assist with recruitment coordination and employee onboarding
Maintain staff files, HR documentation, and attendance records
Support payroll preparation and leave management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate internal communication and support clinic operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
in accounting and HR/admin roles
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing & expense tracking
Experience in HR operations (onboarding, attendance, payroll preparation, records management)
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR procedures is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and support overall clinic operations
Immediate joiner highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
