We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician who can work independently, diagnose issues accurately, and deliver consistent workmanship aligned with our standards.

Role Overview

This is a field-based role operating on a one technician per vehicle model.

You will be responsible for attending residential maintenance jobs, completing repairs, reporting findings, and representing the ENVIRO brand professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair common residential maintenance issues including: Plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets, blockages) Electrical (switches, sockets, lighting, basic DB fault finding) AC troubleshooting and minor repairs Carry out handyman and general maintenance works Perform scheduled AMC inspections and routine servicing Identify additional maintenance requirements and report findings to management
Operational Responsibilities

Attend jobs punctually and communicate clearly with clients Provide accurate job updates, including before and after photos Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle stock in good condition Follow company procedures and safety standards Work independently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements

Essential

Minimum 5 years UAE experience in residential maintenance Strong plumbing skills and solid electrical knowledge Experience diagnosing AC faults and carrying out minor AC repairs Ability to work independently without supervision Experience working in villas and residential apartments Good English communication skills Professional appearance and client-facing attitude
Preferred

UAE driving licence Multi-trade background Experience with AMC-based maintenance companies
Salary & Benefits
