Job Description
A Multi-Skilled Technician is urgently needed he has to be able to perform diverse maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple technical fields, such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and carpentry, to ensure facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, managing spare parts, maintaining accurate service records, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry, painting).
Diagnose problems and provide quick, effective solutions.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Follow safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in building/general maintenance.
Multi-skilled in at least
2 trades
(plumbing, electrical, AC, painting, carpentry).Currently in UAE (on visit/cancelled visa preferred).
Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Can join immediately.
