Multi Skilled Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and breakdowns.
Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Document maintenance activities and service work.
Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent repairs.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong understanding of technical blueprints and manuals.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
