Position: Multi-Skilled MEP-Electrical, Plumbing, AC, Mechanical, Technician Location: Ajman Job Role Summary:
- To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task related MEP. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities.
- Submit the daily reports to the supervisor.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work.
- Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown or Emergency tasks.
- Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work
- Two years Diploma or ITI. Must have good HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance, and installation Knowledge.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Good reporting skills.
- A minimum of one year of Gulf Region experience is preferred.
- Multi Skilled Technician Hotel Industry: 2 years (Required)
