Key Responsibilities

:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water supply systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, offering practical solutions for both minor and major problems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. Complete minor electrical work (e.g., connecting water heaters, checking electrical components of plumbing systems). Assist with heating and ventilation system repairs, as needed. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and perform emergency repairs when required. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and any follow-up recommendations. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, maintaining standards. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of the work needed and completed. Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to deliver exceptional service. Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a plumber, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience. Knowledge of building codes, plumbing standards, and regulations. Multi-skilled in plumbing, electrical, and heating systems, with the ability to perform minor repairs and installations in all areas. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid plumbing license and other relevant certifications is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Health & safety awareness, including safe handling of tools and equipment.
