Job Description
Responsibilities To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of major breakdown or Emergency tasks. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work Visa Status: Cancel Visa OR Visit Visa. Looking for someone who can join Immediate, Don't Apply if you can not join Immediate. Qualifications Two years Diploma or ITI. Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing maintenance. Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Supervisory experience preferred. Good reporting skills. Gulf Region experience preferred. Job Benefits Salary & Benefits
