who can combine production design expertise with hands-on execution, while managing all aspects of content and campaign production.

, you will be the
central owner of production

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Brand Execution
Own and manage the
end-to-end production lifecycle
: planning, execution, and delivery.
Translate brand strategy into
world-class creative assets
that drive engagement, sales, and retention.
Ensure consistency in
visual identity, storytelling, and creative standards
across all platforms.
Ads & Creative Content Production
Take full ownership of
ad and social media creative production
(static, motion, video, reels, carousel, banners).
Collaborate with performance marketers to
design and test ad variations
optimized for conversions.
Produce
sales enablement materials
: pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and showcase content.
Oversee
content production for digital campaigns
including motion graphics, CGI, and animation.
Content & Asset Production
Direct and manage
apartment photoshoots, campaign shoots, and event coverage
.
Oversee
video, photo, and campaign shoots
from scene arrangement to final cut.
Lead
creative asset production
: brochures, banners, presentations, and social media materials.
Supervise
post-production editing
(video, photo retouching, sound, animation).
Manage production of
360 virtual tours, virtual events, and webinars
.
Campaigns & Events
Drive creative execution for
CSR/ESG campaigns, sustainability initiatives, and ABM marketing
.
Lead
event & experiential marketing production
--stage, branding, multimedia, and showcase content.
Ensure
ad hoc and large-scale campaigns
have all production needs coordinated and delivered on time.
Qualifications
3 years + of experience in
production management, multimedia design, or creative direction
.
Strong portfolio in
ads, video production, photography, and creative design
.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D/CGI tools, and ad production platforms.
