What You'll Do

• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with motors, pumps, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and control panels
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
• Repair and maintain electrical systems including lighting, wiring, and power distribution
• Perform mechanical work involving valves, piping, kitchen and laundry equipment, and related machinery
• Respond quickly to service requests and breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service logs, and safety inspections
• Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
• Contribute to sustainability and energy-saving initiatives across the property
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve issues effectively

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Prior experience as a multi-skilled technician in hospitality, facilities management, or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings
• Skilled in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team approach
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
