AB Fitness Gym is a fast-growing training facility in Dubai offering high-quality classes, personal training, and specialized coaching. We are expanding our martial arts division and looking for a passionate and skilled Muay Thai Coach to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Muay Thai Coach/Instructor will lead group classes, conduct 1-on-1 training sessions, and support members in building proper technique, strength, and confidence. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to delivering an exceptional training experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging Muay Thai classes for all levels (beginner to advanced).
Provide personalized training sessions when required.
Demonstrate proper techniques, combinations, pad work, and conditioning drills.
Support members with goal-setting, progress tracking, and training guidance.
Maintain a motivational and safe training environment.
Prepare class structures, warm-ups, and skill-development programs.
Represent AB Fitness Gym with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Muay Thai coach, fighter, or instructor.
Strong knowledge of striking techniques, footwork, conditioning, and combinations.
Excellent communication and class-management skills.
Ability to motivate and work with diverse age groups and fitness levels.
Certification in fitness, coaching, or martial arts (preferred but not mandatory).
Availability for weekday and weekend classes.
