The MT5 Manager User is responsible for managing client trading accounts using the MetaTrader 5 Manager platform. This includes executing administrative tasks related to account maintenance, handling trade operations, managing risk, and supporting clients with account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the connection between the exchange, Liquidity Provider, and MT5 servers using FIX connections on aggregator engines. Configuring PrimeXM, T4B, Centroid Aggregator Bridge Engines. Configuration of Centroid Risk Management System. Risk Management on Trading Platforms like MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, CQG, TT, FIX. Trading experience on London AM/PM FIX Orders, Forex Online trades on call, LME Copper Carry trades, Trading on CQG and TT, Trading on all exchanges (CME, CMX, CBT, NYM, SGX, LME) Experienced with trading platforms: CQG Desktop, CQG QTrader, TT, MT4, MT5, API. Adding new securities, symbols from LP and creation of new groups and assigning the group to clients with desired commercials (Spread and Commissions) Maintaining Gateway connections on MT5 and Creating Routing Rules for the Gateway. Adding new LP, symbols on the bridge and mapping the LP symbols to the MT5 server for pricing and trading. Maintaining IT security and testing the mobile application or other IT services. Creating client accounts on CQG Cast and on Trading Technologies (TT) and monitoring the services. Handling Active Directory and Administrative controls access of users. Handling project development of our mobile application "APM Trader" and CRM Trading on CFDs, Exchange Derivatives. Experienced with Microsoft 365 office tools, Excel formulas, Microsoft Admin Configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum Experience : 1-2 Years

Experience working with MT5 Manager or similar trading platforms. Basic understanding of forex, CFDs, and derivatives markets. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
