Job Description

The MT5 Manager User is responsible for managing client trading accounts using the MetaTrader 5 Manager platform. This includes executing administrative tasks related to account maintenance, handling trade operations, managing risk, and supporting clients with account-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:



Open, modify, or close trading accounts upon request or based on KYC completion. Monitor trading activities and flag suspicious or unusual behavior. Adjust account parameters such as leverage, group assignment, credit, etc. Monitor margin levels and assist in managing stop-outs. Execute manual trades or close positions on behalf of clients (when necessary and approved). Provide daily and periodic reports to management on client activity and risk exposure. Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all accounts are properly verified (KYC/AML). Provide first-level support for trading-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum Experience : 1-2 Years



Experience working with MT5 Manager or similar trading platforms. Basic understanding of forex, CFDs, and derivatives markets. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
