Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

Manage and optimize MT4/MT5 platforms to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. Oversee integration between exchanges, LPs, and MT4/MT5 via FIX connections on PrimeXM, T4B, Centroid, FxCubic, OneZero, and Gold-i. Install, configure, and maintain trade processors and aggregator bridge engines.

Symbol & Trade Management

Configure and manage Forex symbols, add new securities from LPs, and ensure proper mapping and execution. Set up new client groups, assign spreads/commissions, and manage trade settings. Monitor trading activities, including trades, deals, positions, and account movements.

Risk & Execution Systems

Configure and maintain risk parameters on MT4/MT5 and platforms such as CQG, TT, and FIX. Set up and manage PAMM and Trade Copier (T4B) systems including equity/percentage allocation and inverse trade functions.

Client Services & Reporting

Provide technical support for client platform issues. Generate and analyze weekly reports covering profits/losses, deposits, withdrawals, and settlements. Use MT5 Manager automation for client settlements and trade monitoring.

System Integration & Development

Handle API integrations (MT5 WebAPI) for optimal performance and reliability. Support the development and testing of internal mobile apps, including the "APM Trader" app.

Security & Maintenance

Manage user access (Active Directory), implement IT security protocols, and ensure data protection. Conduct system maintenance, upgrades, and regular functionality/security testing.

CRM & Operations

Oversee CRM integrations for client account management and financial operations. Implement and monitor commission structures based on individual agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Platform Expertise:

Strong experience with MT4/MT5, bridge systems, and aggregator engines.

Trading Knowledge:

Familiarity with risk management on MT4/MT5, CQG, TT, and FIX; experience with global exchanges (CME, NYM, SGX, etc.).

Programming:

Proficiency in MQL4/MQL5 for EA development and trading automation.

API Integration:

Skilled in WebAPI and FIX protocol management.

CRM Systems:

Experience with CRM tools for client management and financial operations.

IT Security:

Knowledge of platform security, system testing, and maintenance.

Problem-Solving:

Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.
