Position Overview
Leams Education in Dubai is inviting applications for the role of MSC & Humanities Coordinator in one of its British curriculum schools. The position requires an experienced educator with strong subject knowledge, leadership ability, and familiarity with KHDA guidelines. The coordinator will oversee curriculum development, ensure high standards of teaching and learning, and guide departmental staff to achieve outstanding results. Candidates must be based in the UAE and preference will be given to those on Own or Spouse visas.

Core Duties

• Lead and coordinate the MSC & Humanities department within the British curriculum framework
• Support curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment to ensure compliance with KHDA standards
• Mentor teachers, provide feedback, and promote professional development across the department
• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with school leadership to align departmental objectives with overall school vision
• Ensure effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders regarding academic progress

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities or a related subject (mandatory)
• Minimum one year of UAE experience in a British curriculum school in a similar role
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of KHDA regulations and British curriculum standards
• Preference for candidates under Own/Spouse visa and physically present in the UAE
