Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage
Microsoft Windows Server
environments. Administer and maintainActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs
, and related services. Manage and supportMicrosoft 365 / Exchange Online
environments. Implement and manageAzure cloud services
, including VMs, storage, networking, and identity management. Performsystem upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery
planning. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to internal teams. Ensure system performance, security hardening, and compliance with best practices. Implement and managevirtualization solutions
(Hyper-V / VMware). Monitor infrastructure, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and operational manuals.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years
of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of: + Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)+ Active Directory & Group Policies
+ Microsoft 365 administration
+ Azure cloud fundamentals and services
+ DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networking
+ Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Experience with
PowerShell scripting
is a plus. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
