Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience in Database Development
• Good experience in MS Sql
• Leadership and team leading skills

We are looking for a creative and analytical Database developer preferably with good experience in the banking and financial industry. The individual will be responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively across the organization. Develop/design Databases based on the best practices Develop database stored procedures, functions and triggers. Monitor and improve database performance Fix consistency errors and database errors Backup and verify backups Database tuning Query tuning and optimizations Document database design and components Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional Qualifications Preferred Skills:

• Strong database performance tuning and trouble shooting skills
• Experience with DB software installation, upgrade and maintenance
• Experience in Design and implementation of large DBs
• Extensive experience with databases requiring high availability
• Extensive knowledge and experience of backup and recovery strategies
• Expert knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning
• Extensive query optimization and working with development team
• Extensive knowledge of MS SQL
• Clear understanding of enterprise security policies
• ITIL awareness
• Demonstrated technical problem solving skills, proven leadership qualities, and a customer service focus.
• Proven ability to multi-task with rapidly changing work priorities is preferred.
• to develop documentation and procedures.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Able to operate independently with minimum supervision
• Able to handle a wide range of diverse tasks in parallel and support multiple projects in a dynamic working environment
