As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant, you are responsible for designing and implementation of the Dynamics 365 F&O. This includes requirement gathering/analysis, documenting requirement/solution, user training, UAT and data migration related activities. The successful candidate should have extensive experience working with Dynamics Operations platform. Experience 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM Functional Consultant Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Dynamics 365 F&O SCM module. System Configuration: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 F&O SCM module to meet business processes, including inventory management, procurement, production, and distribution. Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that optimize supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and external systems. User Training: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the Dynamics 365 F&O SCM system. Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, and system configurations, to support the Dynamics 365 F&O SCM implementation. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, providing timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O SCM updates, industry best practices, and supply chain trends to recommend and implement process enhancements. Change Management: Lead or support change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and user acceptance of system changes. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with technology vendors, third-party consultants, and internal teams to deliver successful Dynamics 365 F&O SCM implementations.
