Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to gather business requirements and translate them into D365 CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize D365 CRM based on client needs.
• Prepare blueprint documents, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and deliver user training sessions.
• Create detailed functional specifications to resolve process gaps.
• Configure the application, analyze datasets, and manage data uploads.
• Identify change requests and enhancement needs.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders on-site to understand challenges and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team for solution simulations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track issues through the ticketing system and ensure closure within defined SLAs.

• Coordinate with Microsoft for escalated tickets requiring their intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing or completed 1 E2E implementation of D365 CRM applications within the Real Estate industry.
• Hands-on experience with the two most recent versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create custom entities, forms, dashboards, and charts within CRM.
• Familiarity with integration tools and applications.
• Knowledge of base workflows and security configurations in Dynamics CRM.
