Your responsibilities

Repair Endoscope/ Equipment
To repair all Flexible video & fiber- optic Endoscope / Equipment according to defective condition and quotation confirmed by customer.
Follow SOPs defined in repair manuals & method sheets. Achieve Set KPI Targets
To achieve all KPI targets related in repair lead time and repair quality through repair activities.
Check all the daily KPI targets and repair according to the assignment maintaining timeline. Maintain proper working environment
Maintain all standard repair environment, Health & Safety well in accordance with TSGG. Achieve Set Quality Standards / Value addition
Attend technical and other related trainings inline with requirement and self-development
Engage & propose in activities related to cost reduction and process improvements ideas. Incoming & Final inspection for repair items
Perform incoming inspection of Endoscope and optimize cost estimation in accordance with Olympus standards.
Responsible for final inspecting of repaired items maintaining quality standards in accordance with TSGG & OEKG.
Perform PAE / PQI analysis on applicable devices received for repair and record reports
