Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you're having in the work you do - every small thing counts.Main Job Purpose:Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assetsManage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the siteLead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturingCapital budget preparation and managementSupport innovation delivery as part of regional networkCreate and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.Manage key projects, overhauling and innovation budgetsWork collaboratively with Operations managers to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce wasteDevelop, build and make available in the organization the Product, Process and Packaging Expertise relevant to the asset baseJob SummaryManaging Factory Repair Costs & budgetsPM Pillar Leader in UMS, responsible for implementing PM plantwideEEM Pillar Leader in UMSSpare Parts inventory managementSundry inventory managementFactory utilities Maintenance ManagementResponsible for completing factory projects for budgets less than 500K euroFactory Lubrication ManagementFactory machine documentation managementEnsure Implementation of PM calendar on all factory machinesCoach & train factory production & maintenance teams on technical requirements in the factoryKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringMinimum 7 years of experience in Maintenance Management in FMCG or heavy industriesProfessional in maintenance scheduling and budgetingExperience in managing white and blue collarsDeep knowledge in selecting maintenance type based on the machines criticalityDeep knowledge in lean, TPM, TQM and ISOUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
