to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth relocation and logistics support for our projects, offices, and client needs.

Role Overview

The

Mover Supervisor

will oversee all moving and relocation operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. This individual will lead a team of movers, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate moving, packing, loading, and unloading activities. Assign duties to movers and helpers, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Ensure the safe handling of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and client belongings. Inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in proper condition. Maintain communication with management and clients during relocation activities. Monitor team performance and enforce safety and operational protocols. Train and guide new staff on moving techniques and procedures. Prepare daily reports on operations, incidents, and team performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in

supervising movers, logistics, or relocation services

. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to handle physical work and oversee operational details. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations in moving/transport operations. Valid UAE driving license (advantageous).
